Hi

Has anyone ever had issues with skrill not paying you the correct withdrawal amount?

I have never had issues, but on this occasion I did. I withdrawal $113 they changed a fee and I was supposed to get $103 but I only got $78.

I enquired with my bank who advised it was not them that charged anything.

So there is $25 unaccounted for.

If the bank denies any extra fees charged, ask Skrill the same question. The money has went somewhere for sure.

The best option is for sure their mastercard option, highly recommended (if available).

you should probably contact support or call them as it also happen to me long time ago but they fixed the issue
