Shadowbet problem with bonus money

Hey there,

i have athe following problem: Yesterday i deposited 50€ + 100% Bonus (35x wager) on Shadowbet and was able to spin it to ~1000€. Since they haven't a feature that tells you how much wager is left i calculated myself and i spinned about 4000€ but im still not able to withdraw because its still bonus money. While i wagered the money i did the freespins from "Spin to Win" but those are wagerfree. Did someone have had the same problem? Live Chat on this Casino is down for like 12h now.

Doesn't look like there any excluded games or anything , assuming you wagered on slots ? I would just be patient and wait for customer service to respond . Don't play more until you know where you stand

Just wait for the chat or send them email regarding that. Maybe they have wagering hidden somewhere :-)

 
Hi there again,

so today ive managed to get connected to the chat and they said i have about 500€ wager left. So i decided to wager this fast but after i wagered about 600€ i ask the support again and they told me i have just 192€ left.. Am i just dumb or maybe i dont know how wagering works. ive lost about 300€ now and wagered about 5k€ with 50€+50€bonus deposit and 35x wager now. really suspicious. still cant withdraw my money and if im able to do so i will never play again there..

You should check the bonus terms and coniditions. It might as well be some slots only contribute certain percentage towards wagering - ask chat about how much slots contribute to wagering and if there are any exceptions :)

i finally finished the wagering. Someone mentioned that this site is using the real money first before the bonus money and the wager begins.. i dropped below 50 very late and thats why i had to wager this much. So it only was a misunderstand on my side.

btw. cashed out 700 :)
