Server Error on LeoVegas

On Monday afternoon/ evening I was playing live roulette on LV when they encountered a server issue. The problem stopped some bets being taken and also didn't pay out on winning spins. I myself have about 3 spins on wins that I'm waiting for.

was anyone else affected by this issue?

the last I heard today is that they are waiting from the game provider (Evolution Gaming) to sort out getting the uncredited payments made.

 
The issue has now been resolved. Payments should have been made to anyone affected by the error. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dom and Ryan from the LV customer services team to get this sorted.
