RIZK not paying a winning BJ hand

I placed a bet on RIZK on there Neo BJ 

I turned 9-2

dealer turned a 7

i turned another 9 so had 20

dealer turned a 10 so 17 total 

should have paid out £600 on a £300 stake 

even said I’d won £600 yet my balance reflects 90p and online chat can’t view my hand history 

please help

Does it show up on your play history ? Dont know about other providers but if its evolution you should be able to that hand yourself.  

I never had any problems with Rizk so for and they volunatrily paid me last week( a week later )  without me even complaining about some issue . 

 
Yep , I have to agree with Dublinjay , on most sites you can access your bet history and it shows result , stake , winnings , etc etc    it seems strange though the Casino cannot access it   ,  hmmmm     😞       I hope you get it sorted buddy

It just say £300 lost 

I requested to see the actual hand but as it’s a bank Holiday they can’t do that.

”on our system it shows the hand was lost”

it defiantly wasn’t surely they should be able to see the actual hand? 

 
Can you make a screenshot of the history and open the hand there. On Evolution gaming you can see the exact cards of the round. Just click setting in the top right corner and history after this.

I’ve not been able to do that.

i presumed it would be a simple matter but who I was talking to said that it wasn’t that simple.

i did ask to see the exact cards but nothing so far.

online chat not working today either 

 
You dont need to ask someone for this, I dont get the problem to be honest. It just looks like this in the history of Evolution gaming: (screenshot made on mobile)

must have been a technical error they’ve now rectified 

 
Hmm, come to think of it, this has happened to me many times on live games. A bet got lost and gets settled at some later stage.
I guess an accepted bet goes into a kind of escrow and paid to the winning party once the outcome is know - an internet issue might disrupt either: the payment to the winning party, or, the server from receiving the result. The money would be held in escrow until it was confirmed where it should go, manually or automatically confirmed.

Don’t  know if escrow is the right word as it is usually a third party whereas I imagine it would be in house when it comes to a casino.

 
Hi had something very similar on roulette a few month ago on Leo hit 32 and won about 400 it paid me I came out the game to withdraw some and the money had gone went into my history and it was showing as a pending bet spoke with Leo support who contacted provider they said it would take up to a week to look at after a few days they contacted me and said it was a winning spin and paid me
