Rizk/Betsson issue

Hi, 

Recently i have been in a case with Rizk since the aquicistion of them from Betsson group on the 16th april. 
i have been self excluded from Betsson since 2018 however still played on Rizk without knowing i was not allowed. 
In december i received a email regarding this and was self excluded from Rizk also. 
 

They are offering me a small little amount of my deposits back, however i have requested my net deposits and net profit/loss history from April but they refuse to provide this. 
i’m confident that only last month i lost more deposits then the lowball amount they are claiming and offering me. 
 

what should i do from here to Get this history? And if they keep refusing to provide this what would be my best course of action?

They directly refused to offer your profit/loss? Seems unlikely - what country are you from if I may ask? They should be able to get this information with no questions asked, and I see no gain from their side not to provide this. Maybe you did not specify your request enough? (Just guessing)

Yes, very clear in the email that the investigation is concluded and they are not able to provide these records. Asked more then 5 times, i am being ignored now.

They should issue you your deposits - the withdrawals from the period you were self-excluded with their group of casinos. Ask for a final letter and proceed with ADR. Also, ask for all the transcripts of Deposits/Withdrawals from the time you say you were self-excluded. Also, gather evidence from their sister sites of your self-exclusion and the exact dates of when you were self-excluded. 

Should be a pretty straightforward case.
