Basically been verified for 2 years got random email from them about need KYC docs so i sent my ID/proof of address contacted live chat they said both verified i think he probably saying old docs not new ones i sent over 48h spoke to live chat about it and they just was we pass to the relevant department and we get back to u by email kinda of frustrating just because i deposited loads in one day due to winning loads withdrawing ect and redepositing my ver first withdraw i made is still pending but withdraws made after allready got sent and i have the money so yhh
