[RESOLVED] Warning - extremely slow withdrawals with Wildz!

Hi guys, please be aware of this. On the website of wildz it says the following:

I have made a withdrawal from Wildz. When will I receive my money?

This depends on the payment method. Bank transfers generally process within 30 minutes but can take 1 - 3 business days within Europe and up to 5 days for our non-European customers. Delays can occur depending on bank routing, public holidays, and time zones. Withdrawals to credit cards will post in 1 - 3 business days. For verified customers using an e-wallet, the withdrawal can be in as short as a few minutes.

Be very aware that for the couple of withdrawals with Skrill (e-wallet) i have made it is NEVER EVER with me within ''a few'' or ''within 30'' minutes with me. Not even close. Seems like false advertising to me. And when you ask about it in live chat nobody even takes a look at it, they just say ''its being handled asap''. Whilst i do understand that, they keep dodging the questions about those misleading times. Big shame.

 
Also, they have currently even said the queue is so huge it will take a fair few days, so basically if you want decent payment speed - dont play with wildz 😃 

 
Im afraid this site might be short on money or nearly going bankrupt, im not sure. The chat support person said they are now busy with payments from the 1st of april!! This means they are a minimum 6 days behind on their own promise of processing payments within 30 minutes, and for ewallets (like me) within minutes. It already never was that fast as 30 mins, but this is shocking!!

You have in fact made a withdrawal yesterday and we have paid that to you today.We are apologizing for the delay in our current payments, but we are also glad toinform you that during the last 7 days, we have hired a total of 6 new employees to help us with the growing number of payments.

Same, extremely frustraing. Waited 3 days for my withdrawal and asked from chat, no further help was gained, only the usual "Well accept is ASAP"

Ended up cancelling the withdrawal and losing 100e of it, gladly i then realized to put limit and make a new withdrawal... too bad it will prob take 6days.

Unacceptable wait time for already verified players.

You should at least put a warning on your site about delayed payments...

 
Been 4 days for me.

I think they may have to verify incoming money and due to current situation and many players they may be a little short on money to pay out
