[RESOLVED] Pending withdrawal

Hi

I have been with this online casino for 11yrs and my withdrawals are instant. I made a withdrawal last night for £1000 and it has been pending for 12 hours, they say withdrawals are generally immediate but can take up to 4hrs.

I have been on live chat and they said that in rare cases it can take longer if they are doing a security check on my withdrawal, they told me to contact them again if I haven’t received it within 24hrs

Why are they doing a security check when I’m a fully verified customer and have been for 11yrs?

£1000 is a nice win, but surely that can’t security check every withdrawal over £999?

Does anyone know how long a security check normally takes, because 12hrs seems excessive? 
 

Is there a way I can get this escalated to be in my account asap?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi, what is the Casino name?

 
You counted the 12 hours from since you started the withrawal or starting the next workday? Since you said you initiated the withrawal last night. Generally casinos security checks are done by human not automated ( yet) so if you counted in the night hours then i don't think 12h is exessive. Im sure you get your withrawal soon.

 
Marking this as resolved, as there's not been any activity from OP since day of post. 

It's normal to have larger sums being subject to enhanced checks. This is typical for Anti Money Laundering requirements the companies have to follow. Your account status doesn't matter; the sums, gameplay, account history and more, do. Also, someone mentioned that these checks are carried out by humans. That is correct. The majority of these checks are carried out by staff who does not work during weekends. 

 
I’ve had this happen before and even fully verified accounts can get random checks, especially on bigger withdrawals. It’s annoying, but in my case it cleared within 24 hours and support wouldn’t really speed it up.
