[RESOLVED] Nitrocasino withdrawal issue

Talked with some other chat agent now they say because my proof of id and adress is still not verified. Waiting on them to check my documents.

 
They keep staling my withdrawal. Asking for more documents and staling. Deposited close to 500 euros and played 1 euro bets on mostley rractooonz havent even had a garga. One win above 10xbet.

they obviously lowered rtp for my account hoping i would reverse my 2500 euro withdrawal.

should not have to wait ffore withdrawals in 2020. 
 

any casino with pending times that is reversalbe should not be allowed.

will close my account if my withdrawal is not sent soon.

I sent proof of payment and bank documents this morning. And double checked with chat. They said its reacived and i should just wait.

initally under my account it was only possible to upload id and proof of adress. They sent me mail requesting the above documents,

Chat is now saying they never got the mail... first they say they have the documents and now they dont.

uploaded in chat all documents to them now hope this will be fixed soon.

But still, first im not able to withdraw. And under profile it only requires proof of id and adresse to verify it says.

when im able to withdraw it stalls then i reverse and win more(luckily). Withdraw again and they require additional documents even tough it says verified on my account.

I reply to their mail where they required documents with these documents attached. I check with chat they say all good just wait. Then yesterday rep checks with payment and they say they are missing the documents and they diddent get them.

i go on chat again and they say they never reacived those documents. So i uploaded it AGAIN. In chat this time. This morning still no word back. I ask chat oh it will be max tomorrow.

just blows my mind how poorly managed this is. And in 2020 most sites have almost instant withdrawals and verification. Put limits on my account so i cannot place bets.

pretty sure i will close my account when i get my money. Horrible experience.

How can you promote a site that has effectivly 2-3 days pending times with reversing option? Where is the responsible gambling in that ?

I will make sure to investigate what happened with support as it seems like there has been some miscommunication and misunderstandings between you and them.

As for the verification process, we know it is a bit tedious to send in (correct) documents, and that when a document is not approved due to it not being valid or that it is too hard to read it, the process will be longer than normal.

In most cases it takes less than 24 hours to be verified, given that the correct documents are provided from the start.

I am happy that your account now is verified and that your withdrawal was approved quickly after all docs were approved.

I have problems with my withdrawal at nitroCasino.

I had some winning and it was approved 1march and got an email of the approval winning.

But till now still no winning money on my bank account

I choose this casino because it was an pay and play casino and I did my deposit with trustly and the withdraw would be faster but that isn't the case

I'm very disappointed in them 

When I ask the chat Wat is wrong then they tell me I have to wait for 5 days if I don't have the money tomorrow then they will look into it.
