[RESOLVED] Do not play at Rizk casino!

They have had a misdeal occur on a baccarat table on evolution gaming. Evolution gaming denies anything is wrong and Rizk isnt investigating it properly. Should have been a €1901.25 payout on banker. Ridiculous. Be warned, seems like a good casino untill something is wrong, then nobody cares.

I`m pretty sure the whole problem is Evolution gaming and not Rizk. I`ve been playing there for long time and had no issues

Yes but in the end Rizk should help me and they wont. Does anyone know what the procedure would be onwards from this?

Details of the missdeal? something is wrong in your calculations unless you bet 2001.31579 euros so some details as to what happened would be handy.

If you find the hand in the hand history, and click on you it, you can see the hand and share it with us.

First of all sorry for not replying earlier. some family stuff happened and thay needed my attention.

on topic then. first of all the payout should have been €1901.25, cause i had a bet of €975 on banker which should have won when dealt properly. What happened is this: The hand before the one i was staking was misdealt. but i didnt see, and at first glance the dealer didnt see either so everyone just made their bets, and you need to be very quick as it is speed baccarat. The dealer dealt a natural 9 on players side, and A3 on bankers side but she pulled another card, which was a 2. So everyone made their bets assuming the correct deal of the cards. And when 1 card is misdealt like this, that automatically changes the complete baccarat outcome for the rest of the shoe. In normal landbased casinos the procedure is to burn the shoe, and start dealing a complete new one, or deal the misdealt 2 to the player side as it should have been and just continue like it should have been. Evolution just continued and the dealer only notified of the misdeal after the betting time was closed and the dealer only asked “is the table ok?” to her pitboss and she just started dealing again for a 44 (natural 8 ) for player and JQ for the banker, whilst the correct outcome should have been 2J for player and 44 for banker.

So whichever way you look at it, it should have been OR a rejected bet and the shoe should have been completely reshuffled, or as common in landbased casinos, dealt properly even with the card shown. Now they have forced accepter my bet on a outcome that should have never ever happened in the first place.

Well thats my explanation. If you want more details you can ofcourse let me know.

Are there rizk officials or affiliates here that could help out?

They paid me the 975 stake back, thats good but bit bad from Evolution as they STILL dont seem to acknowledge their mistakes here. Probably for liability reasons or something.

Ok, thanks for the details, understand it now.

Tricky one, I guess it’s difficult to across the board rectify it for everyone affected as it would mean crediting the people who lost out and debiting people who profited from the mistake.
Everyone betting on the player would have funds taken from them after the fact which would cause a lot of complaints - not to mention all the subsequent hands needing to be calculated - not to mention people changing their bet based on information of previous hands which would have been the wrong information had the cards been pulled correctly- too messy.

I wonder how long after the mistake until they reshuffled.

Yep, very messy thats why i have said the only 2 procedures that are done everywhere in the world for a game of baccarat when a misdeal occurs which will sort everything out for the remainder of the shoe. Shockingly enough Evolution just finished the complete shoe, and that is really utterly ridiculous if you ask me.

To be honest I'm a bit dissapointed that you blame Rizk for an issue that is clearly on Evolutions side @TheMikeyx

Very good of you to compensate even if it wasn't your fault int he first place @Sandra-Rizk
In this case i blamed Rizk for not investigating it properly, as the first emails and chat through regular customer service was really ridiculous. In the end i cant contact Evolution with any of this stuff cause if you do, they force you to go through your own casino anyways. If Rizk would have checked the video the first time around or get a crystal clear explanation from Evolution, this all wouldnt have happened. Cause in the first investigation all i got back was basically ''there was a misdeal the hand before, but with your game it was all good'' - which was clearly incorrect. The only thing i blamed Rizk in this case for was simply not investigating it properly.

And as said im glad ive been compensated and the withdrawal of that money is currently processing and im happy with the good service of @Sandra-Rizk  :)
