5 days trying to verify account now and quite frustrating. First they said they need to see 4 corners of utility bill when it clearly has the whole letter in view. Sent again. 2nd they emailed saying a Melita utility bill is not accepted for verification process. Absolute nonsense. The documents are the same ones used to successfully verify a sister casino of themselves recently with no hold ups or problems. I dont understand their logic or agenda and each time i have to wait 24-48hrs for an update. To me its a stalling tactic hoping i reverse my withdrawal of 5000euro pending. Never had this problem before with any other casino and its a totally frustrating casino experience considering its my biggest withdrawal. @Skylined87 @LetsGiveItASpin Any help would be appreciated
