So after watching Kim/Hampus play here I decided to make an account deposited, played, lost = no problem.
The next day I updated my PC and browser cleared all relevant cookies, cache, which logged out my email and I can't reset / find my username so I decided to create another account.
As per their terms they closed my account down (Which they are entitled to do) the issue for me is I didn't even play the balance I deposited, I literally created an account as I forgot, they closed me down and haven't refunded my balance as of yet. they said 5 days but it's been about that now and it's taking the piss now.
They took my funds and haven't let me play which I get fair enough I accept I broke terms but keeping my money isn't right?
