Problem with Platin casino verification

I opened an account with Platin last week and am now trying to get verified so I can withdraw. Because I used a virtual Revolut card I can not take a photo of the card. You can't even take a screenshot in the app. I was on to the live support and explained and they said just to add a screenshot of the statement in Revolut and that would be OK. They said they left a note on my account.

Today I got an email to say it was rejected and that I must add a photo of the card. Of course this is impossible. Is there anyone that had this issue in the past? Any way around it?

I have found the live support to be useless and they just say they are a different team to the verification team.
