Hello,
I've got a problem im my bonus game in the game "Dwarfs & Dragons" by Pragmatic on Pokerstars Casino.
I got a 4 scatter bonus of 15 free spins and in the bonus got a retrigger with 2 Bonus simbols which I had to get 3 extra free spins and I didn't get them, it says clearly
("During the round hit 2,3,4,5 or more BONUS symbols to retrigger the feature and win 3,10,15,25 or more spins respectively")
In spin number 12 I hit 2 scatters that should give me +3 spins to the 15 spins that I had at the start,but didn't give me any,.. I've spoken with the "team" (exactly with 3 random techs and administrators) at the Pokerstars,just to say that they must send a replay to the game provider and I have to wait for a week for a responce?

Do I need to send an email to Pragmatic games? What to do next ,got a clear evidence of a SCAM.
