Hey all!

Long story short; I registered to this new Playzee.com Casino and ended up winning 26,500 euros. Account verification was fast and everything went well, customer service is polite etc. I did not take any bonuses and made two deposits for 500+500 euros.

Only here comes the "but", they have a weekly 2,500 EUR withdrawal limit. I was able to withdraw the first 2,500 and the money did come to my bank account. 

They do have a VIP program that would allow higher withdrawals, but as for now I havent been invited. Even tho I should qualify just for the large volume I've played the past two days.

I did email them for negotitations, and I even suggested that if they would allow me to withdraw 20,000 euros now, the casino could take the exceeding 4000 euros.

Have any of you faced a similar situtation and what would be your tips? To negotiate with the casino?  Or something else?

Story of My life I guess. I end up winning big but I have to wait weeks for the money If the worst case happens.

I do have to say that I have nothing bad to say about Playzee, everything has been very professional so far. Only The withdrawal limit is quite low...

Why do people love those White Hat Gaming Casinos?

Atleast you getting paid by them could be worse. Only shit casinos have those withdrawel limits.

Just dont lose the money stay strong.

 
Cold sweat started to arise as I was reading your post. Do they have history of not paying? As you mentioned it could be worse?

I'd say stick at it man and just keep doing the weekly withdrawals until you get a response on the VIP situation or idk if this site offers this but if you're VIP on another site that acts as a form of invitation, I wouldn't just lightly chuck away 4000 euro, also what did you hit big on or was it just a good winning streak?

I just had the best streak of my life. All started with a 4000x hit on 1,2e bet on Extra Chilli. Then just raising stake I got to the 20,000 + few 200x hits on 20 euro bet etc.

Its going to take 10 weeks or 2,5 months with the 2,500e/week limit! :(

And somehow I have this terrible feeling of "what If they dont pay me" even tho the winnings are totally legit and with no bonuses. And I did receive the first 2,500 alrdy. I guess its a normal feeling after hitting big.

Well they've verified you and they've said everything is alright, so legally they don't have any reason to confiscate your winnings so just chill and congrats man!
