Playgrand require IBAN for withdrawls

Anyone else with playgrand and suddenly (with no prior comms/emails etc) are required to withdraw funds using your banks IBAN? I've never heard of this before but they were insistent.

When i enquired as to why, all i was told was that it's due to a change with internal procedures.

Withdrew using this 2 days ago, still no funds when previously it was instant - a little concerned!

I believe that IBAN is simply your Bank Account number. Not that you should be telling them this anyway though.

An IBAN is a standard used to identify international bank transfers. It means that one of the bank accounts is either the recipient or sender of funds from a different country than the other. No IBAN, no way for them to send you your withdrawal unless you get a different withdrawal option (ewallets) or card.
