Hi can anyone help me out I’ve had my withdrawal cancelled on NYspins and now they excluded me from there site I’ve had a email about verification I’ve sent my documents they keep saying my proof of address is not the original I’ve send 2 bank statements with my address on tenncey agreement and a letter from the government I have not heard anything back in 7 days I keep sending email but no response I just want my funds got £450 on there what I need anyone having the same problems or can point me in the right direction please as it’s stressing me out
