Hello. Is it true that norwegian players don't recieve withdrawals from casino's? Because of the law in norway?

I got my withdrawal on tuesday. And i was using banktransfer.

I use Revolut. Works every time. Just withdraw to revolut and then withdraw to a Norwegian bank.
