MrQ holding funds

Hi I have made a withdrawal on mr q over a month ago they have asked for all sorts of documents and statements, I have sent them off and after every 10 days get a reply saying it’s not good enough, 

Im just curious if anyone else is having problems with this site and if so have they had there funds paid out and problem solved
