Mr Q took my deposits when on gamstop

Hi I'm having some issues on mr Q casino I've been on gamstop since the 19/6/2022 for 6 month break,but we are only human and I tried to access my casino accounts to play and mr Q let me deposit multiple times without even acknowledging my gamstop exclusion this has caused lots of upset in my family over money because im sussposed to be on a break and spent money I shouldn't yes it is a weak thing to do but anyone who gambles will understand how hard it is with an addiction,will I be able to get my deposits back of mrQ seeing as they are breaking UKGC rules does anyone have advise?

Sorry to hear of your situation. As above I would recommend contacting the site. If you haven't played the balance then it should be possible to withdraw it. The only downside I can think of will be if the site has in the terms and conditions about depositing while excluded. The right thing to do would be give your money back if they don't I'd seek UKGC aswell to discuss your options.
