If you closed your account but didn't use problem gambling and/or self exclusion for the reason, they can let you reopen it.

However, if you asked to be self excluded then they can't.

That is my understanding of it all anyway

The screen shot says you asked to be blocked not self excluded. Could you clarify?

I wont ask them to, but I dont like that they are giving me the option.
