Should Liverpool be declared Champions if the season is abandoned? I grew up with the great Liverpool teams of the 70s/80s and this team is up there with them. I think most people would agree(maybe not ManU fans) that they are by far the best team this season, but I feel if they are awarded the Championship before all the games are completed it would be a bit of a tainted win. I hope it doesn't come to that, and the games are played so that the Liverpool fans can celebrate their much deserved success. Anyway, would love to hear what Liverpool fans think.

With their massive lead it would be just a matter of time, not if but more like when would they be champions.

To be honest I think they should, what would be the odds of someone catching up 25 points?

I have a die hard Liverpool fan mate and he doesn't win the league this way. I think they'll play the season out due to Villa having a game in hand with Sheff United. That could resort in either Villa avoiding a relegation spot if they win or Sheff United could get a champions League spot if they win and Man City are banned next season or maybe they'll just play that 1 game. I think we can all agree how much we miss football at the moment

If the season concludes, they will be champions - but I don't think it would be the same at all if it didn't get to happen in the normal way, arguably it couldn't because it's not mathematically assured - the same as many of the other parts of the season such as Top 4/Relegation, Liverpool's title is a small concern as compared to a lot of the other goings on.
