new to slots so bare easy , is there an easy way to explain the level system on some slots as I just not understanding what was on the instruction page

If you mean slots like Gemix or Viking Runecraft then its just a little progress mechanic to keep you spinning or to add variety to the special features. Whether you are level one or level 100 the payouts are the same, the slots rtp isn't allowed to be affected by such things.
