Employees and the company refuse to co operate in trying to resolve a very serieus issue, they have yet adjust there responible gaming tools, or compensate me.
apparantly if you use the exclusion tools, and you set a date, you can remove it before the date is met. Say you dont want to use the live casino page @ leovegas , you can simpley use the exclusion tool, press live casino set the date is to when you dont want to use it , lets say from 4 dec till 20 december and press oke, but here comes to joke you can remove it after 10 sec and start gambling again
, and there response is from Leovegas netherlands, the tool is ment for people with selfcontrol, WTF?????
and every leovegas employee at casinogrounds says it shouldnt be like this but we are nearly 6 months in and the tool still operates that way.
its a complete Joke, do not play at Leovegas, or BetMGM ( same company ) they do not take responible gaming seriious.
