Hello Guys n gals.
I deposited £54 pounds on Leo Vegas on the 6th of this month to play some roulette, I chose to play Red Tiger Roulette. When I started to play i noticed the Ball was lagging and warping all over the place. So it would land on a number i had money on then disappear to another number!! This happened 4 times out of the 54 times i played. All bets were £1 bets on a single number. So 54 times it lagged and warped, 4 times on a winning number.
I contacted Leo Vegas about this issue and a customer support agent called Micheal played a few rounds and said this, "(08:55:29 PM) Michael: I did give it a play" and "(08:55:53 PM) Michael: and I can see what you mean on a few spins by it possibly being misleading".
So the following day i put in a complaint about what happened, I i'm so annoyed with the treatment i have had. They basically said there was no Irregularities to the session, When i know there was and for a customer support agent also to say what he did i think i have just been screwed out of my £54. This happened to me once on pokerstars and they gave me a full refund of all rounds played whilst there was a issue. They have told me today that the issue has been resolved with no irregularities. So basically a support Agent working for them must be lying along with myself, So bad it's unreal.
