Leo Vegas live blackjack

I was playing live blackjack when I had 4+ 7 so I pressed hit and the green symbol appeared under my name ( so I knew it was a hit) then my game lagged and the dealer didn’t deal me card so it made me stand and I lost the hand I wasn’t happy so I when on in game chat, spoke to the support staff which said 

“ I have checked the game server logs and found some technical irregularities indeed “

they have registered a formal case for further investigation  ( case number [SIZE=17pt]SD-374850)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=17pt]it has been 48 hours and I haven’t been contact by anyone about my case, I go back to ingame chat and they just say the same thing we can’t do anything about contact the casino but there any information about contacting them. I’m after some help from Kim to push this and get it resolved soon as possible please [/SIZE]

Hey! Just checked with LeoVegas, the case needs bit more time as they need to check with the game provider and those things usually take a bit longer. 

So in short, some patience and you'll have your case resolved soon!

 
Ok thanks for your reply it’s been over 48hours with no contact not even an update, but I’m pretty sure if it was the other way around it would of been resolved within minutes

I understand, however there was a weekend in between which results in longer waiting time as not all of the people are working during weekends :)  

 
They are now saying a different story ?‍♂️

I have asked for a final response and if I’m not happy with it where do I stand? Can I make formal complaint and if so who to?

 
If you had recordings where we could see that you did hit, you would get your bet back. There are alot of complaints about bets being rejected @Evolutiongaming they just claim your connection sucks like in this case aswell so i dont think you can expect anything.

 
? wish I did record myself playing but you shouldn’t have to, but I guess I might start to as it helps your case ?? well just waiting for a final response. Thanks for your time in replying 

 
They aren’t paying it out... complete joke to be honest. I can’t understand why the in game chat saying there are technical irregularities and Leo Vegas response saying “ nothing went and the servers are fine....” two completely different stories. What’s the best action to can I take it further? Or I’m I wasting my time??
