Hey CasinoGrounds!

I noticed Koi Casino on CasinoGrounds front page and decided to give the Casino a go. I was really interested on the 15% cashback offer.

I managed to win some and ended up withdrawing 2000 euros. I went to live chat to ask about the normal withdrawal process and time. The answers were pretty vague and quote on quote: "We don't have any withdrawal timeframe, withdraws are processed as soon as possible." 

So it has been 8 hours now since my withdrawal, nothing major yet, but nowadays even that seems quite long.

Anyone here got experiences on the site? Also, is there anyone on CasinoGrounds affiliated with them as you are promoting them?

Going +15 hrs and still nothing.

The chat is outsourced, so they have no answers to give.

This long withdrawal process is really subpar for a modern casino...

Any idea what I could do? And again, anyone who could help me? As this site is advertising them.

Congratulations on having a withdrawal. I have looked at the sites terms and conditions - 13.3 states in can take upto 5 banking days to process your withdrawal so it may not be as quick as you seem to think it will be. 

13.3 The Standard minimal amount for a withdrawal is €100 or the equivalent amount in any other of our other supported currencies. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be paid out in instalments. Your withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that some payment options take up to 5 banking days to process.. To verify which payment and withdrawal methods that are currently available and the transaction fees applicable kindly visit our Payment Method tab.

You might have to wait a bit longer then your expecting by the looks of it. Im a bit surprised live support can't help give you a clear idea as to whats going on.

Well that is just outrageous. I did read the T&C, but I was thinking that the segment you highlighted would mean, that after the payment has been verified it would take up to 5 business days for the money to reach my bank account. But you are right.

The customer servers are just copy pasting the same thing every time; "The payment will be processed as soon as possible." "Unfortunately we can't give you a timeframe." 

What is even more surprising is the fact, that every review I've seen about this casino advertises "fast payouts" or "almost instant payouts" - I really hope everything is right - I always feel anguished with these smaller / newer casinos. You never know what they can come up with. But I believe this Casino should be pretty legit.. At least it wouldn't be advertised by CasinoGrounds otherwise?

But taking up to 120 hrs to process a withdrawal. That is just something. We are living a time. when almost every casino offers instant withdrawals. 

I even emailed them saying that I would be ready to send my documents to verify my account, but they said that it is not needed as of now. 
I did use my bank credentials to get into the site, so I believe they don't need verification documents with that method of registering.

No problem. 

Most sites I've used have had 3 -5 day withdrawals in the past. But yes some really modern big sites can be almost instant in some respects. You might be in a queue of withdrawals they are reviewing. 

I would suggest waiting the 5 days. After that I would then recommend contacting them again and flagging on the forum post about the timescale being passed. 

I know thats not very helpful but the best I can suggest for now!! :D

Yeah, that is what I got to do. 

I really, really hope that it isn't going to take 5 business days tho.

Don't touch it, don't cancel the withdrawal to play on etc. The casino is hoping for you to do just that, that's why they stall on the processing. It might take 4-5 days, depending on when you requested the withdrawal.

I'm just saying this, as you could come across as the impatient type, when reading your posts here. Congrats on the win, stay calm. Where I play, it's also sometimes 4-5 days waiting time. Latest example is my recent Extra Chilli win from Thursday, came through today, that's 5 days processing time.

As said, casinos hope you get impatient, cancel the withdraw and play on - and lose it all...

I won't go and gamble the money, that is for sure. I am not going let them "win".

Still after 36 hours, and I have heard nothing of them.

Lol, I went to the live chat and asked about the withdrawal.  It's always the same copy/paste text. Really, one of the worst casino experiences I've had in years. I really would consider advertising them in the future CasinoGrounds.

And once again, I am not any wiser about the situation of my withdrawal.

I can confirm that I have just received  the funds!

All in all, it took around 40hrs. 

I still hold my earlier statement about the vague customer service. 

Happy ending all considered! :)

 
I know there are casinos that can payout almost instant.

But to be honest i would be very happy and very surprised if i had my money after 40 hours

That's true. For me personally 40hrs is among the longest withdrawal periods I've had. Usually everything is resolved within 24hrs, including possible account verification. :)

Also the customer support that was just copy/pasting same text wasn't helping or creating trust to the operations.

 
I know that my friend used to play at this online casino, but  really need to wait a long time for the withdrawal of funds. Wish you luck🙂
