Justspin & lightning roulette

Every bet i placed, didn't receive the winnings in my balance,

Played on Justspin.

90 euros should be paid on 30 

240 should be paid on 10 

and 27 should be paid on 27.

I haven't received my money and i'm getting kind of tilted. 

Somebody could help me?

I saw the screen, you win €(amount), it went for a second in my balance and then it disappeared.

Hey i have had the same problem since yesterday, here is the answer i got:

But i did have problem today when i played lightning roulette. 2 of my winning bets (30kr  x30 win - 900kr) for the total of 1800kr disappeared from my bankroll after my next bet.  Nia: Thank you for waiting.Nia: You are right, you were not paid out indeed for two rounds at 10:23:12 UTC and 10:24:55 UTC This is the case number : SD-774249.

Still missing 1800kr. The issue was on the casino site i was using i was told by Nia from lightning roulette support.

Thankfully this happend right after my 100x 85kr bet win, but we will get the money when they figure it out. Maybe it takes a day or two?

 
Hopefully it dont take to much time, it has happen to me before on Pokerstars, but then it only took like half an hour before the money was there. I guess it takes longer time on smaller sites.

 
normally play on unibet, never had a problem, once a rejected bet but that's more common than this i suppose. Last time playing on Justspin tho, withdrawing the money straight.

You think so? Im not putting in another dollar into the account there if they dont fix it. Have you talked to lightning roulette support and asked? Its been over 12 hours since i talked to them.

 
I have asked Justspin support, they said refresh browser and clear cookies, if still pending you are supposed to wait. Lightning support made a ticket for me and i should wait for Justspin to respond. Normally i play on unibet but i wanted to try out another casino because i don't receive alot of bonuses there.

I deposited €450 in total so €267 missing is an huge amount in my eyes, not playing on Justspin ever ever again. Playing evolution gaming for years and never had problems. I think  this is Justspins fault because the evolution games were down for a while there. 

 
As if this wasnt enough. Got scammed by lightning roulette for the third time today. This time on casumo. Bet approved, money got taken from the balance but did not receive my winnings. fuck this game.

Is it the same problem? The money shows up and then disappear? In my case they saw that i had won and acknowledged it was something wrong. This looks like another problem. Maybe its best to stay away from lightning roulette for a while.

My bad, Casumo did not scam me at all, but still have the pending status on justspin. Think it is time to go sleep.
