Issue with bonus round lost

Hi, on the 25th i bought a 600 usd SQ 65A4D6F1-EDDB-4DE5-839F-2E07FC21F951.pngbonus, it lagged (kept spinning the Wheel) so i refreshed. And it wasnt there, now the casino ”Casinostugan” tries to delay the refund or whatever by saying the cant find the ID of the bet(buy) and stuff like that. And they need to contact no limit city, how long does it take? I just want my money back and cashout. And Why is the team Leader of casinostugan lying about the bet not existing for them? Even tho i can see it on the history box?… 

what should i do, dont want to wait 6 months for a big provider to reply a small casino. And Why are they lying to me?

I keep my fingers crossed that you get your refund, which shouldn't be a problem, as the game round ID is clearly visible.

Basically the casino might be right in that they need to get in touch with the provider - No Limit City in your case - to solve the problem. Doesn't rhyme with their statement that they have manually transferred the money to your bank account though. It's either one or the other.

I've had issues just like that with stuck bonus buys on both Extra Chilli and Hand of Anubis, in both cases it was resolved, but took about a week - and I didn't have anything like 6000 SEK (600 EUR) on the line.
