No, you cannot land the standard wild during the Wild Desire feature.

The best you could get is three of a kind faces (Troy, Sarah and Michael) in the final column.

There are no wild symbols in the wild desire, you can however hit the 5th reel wild as well! Or like Nicola says: Get 3 premiums in the last.
