So I've been gambling online for over 3 years now and never had problems on any casinos, I use bonuses frequently but always read the bonus terms and play in a way that is allowed within them. Today was the day I was dreading was going to one day happen, I got an email from a casino that my account has been flagged for bonus abuse.
This particular bonus was a 100% offer that I got from a casino I'm not going to name since the issue is still ongoing, but it's a part of a bigger brand with many different casinos, that I have also played on. I made a very low deposit and got a really good cashout, which thankfully the casino is going to pay me. They also imposed a ban on me to all their sister sistes, some of where I have played thousands without taking bonuses
On this particular casino I have only played with bonuses, and I guess that is the reason for the "bonus abuse" ban, since I did not break any of the bonus terms (max bet, playing restricted games, saving bonuses etc.)
How common is this kind of thing? Are the things that casinos define as bonus abuse really so arbitary?
