@bdos amazing win and a beautiful picture. Congrats. You may have to verify who you are. But hopefully you dont have any issues. and its an ever increasing worry with players that win big. They wonder if they are going to get there winnings. Or what routine the casino is going to put them through to let them withdraw. Its a shame but the best advice is stick to reputable casino's that have a good name in working well with thare players. Me personally i think you will be fine and you will get your winnings. But its becoming more and more players are worrying and loosing sleep thinking about will i get my winnings. Its a shame and it can be hell waiting. I think you will be ok in getting your money. So i just got an answer about my documents, and they say that i sent i the wrong, and i have to try again. When i spoke to their support they say that the department that verifies the documents have gone home for the weekend and they will look at it next week.
So Im starting to think that i might not get any winnings after all. Ive played on alot of casinons and never been through such trouble to make a withdawl.
I saw that Nickslots had a ref link to this casino Slotsmillion and therefore i tought i was a legit casino. But maybe not.. I hate having to wait such a long time

@bdos if the casino has told you that about your documents then my advice and gut instinct on your withdrawl is 1- do everything the casino askes you to do and do it again if you have to after that. Make sure from your end that you have done everything correctly upto the point of you cant do anymore. If they have gone home for the weekend then thats just unfortunate and you will have to wait till monday. Send your documents again to the right department on monday..
2- if after 2 more tries the casino is giving you the run around, basically still not paying you. And i no its so annoying when this happens. Because you just want your winnings. Make absaloutly sure everything you send them is correct. And i hope you get your withdrawl approved and you get your money, but if not it leads into point 3 below.
3- if after all what i have said above and you still have not got your money, because its a link that nick slots promotes to slotsmillion then wee and casinogrounds can ask nick to get nick involved and ask him through a private message to look into it for you.( i have seen kim, letsgiveitaspin do this to help someone )You will have to give nick your username and maybe something else so he can speak to slotsmillion. Because you signed up with them through seeing nicks link to them yes i would think myself they are reputable casino because nick would not recomend a bad casino for players.. So thats an option aswel to ask nick to get involved and to speak to them for you and to either get you an answer or hopefully get your withdrawl released. Wee can only try bdos, If you are still at this point of still waiting on your winnings. And i hope you are not bdos. I hope the casino verifies your documents and releases your withdrawl. 4- nick is heavily involved in casinogrounds and if you reach the point that you have to involve nick and you cant speak to him yourself let me no and i will personal message him for you and try and get nick to sort it out for you or speak to the casino and get you an answer to whats happening. I recommend you wait till monday and send your documents again to the department of the casino that deals with verification etc. And hopefully it all goes ok and you get your winnings.
Another point is when you have went through all the verification process with the casino that means next time you have a withdrawl you will not have this problem. Its actually the best thing to do before you start playing at any casino is get all your documents and verification things in before you play 1 spin of anything then theres no problems at withdrawl time.
