Hiya, 

Minor complaint, stay away from this casino if you prefer a fast cashout. 
Made a withdrawal 4 days ago and they have a 48hr manual proccess to review and cashout, after 4 days i get a message i have to submit documents. 
Fair enough standard so far, i send them in instant and get told there will be a new 72hrs delay period till they are accepted and then a new 48 Hr period will start for cashout to be approved lmao. 
I bet they will say something is wrong with a document to delay Even further. 
 

Nonetheless, put limit for a month and i got plenty of other casinos to play at and waste time. 
just a warning for you guys.

 
They will pay you they are just slow at processing  withdrawals and documents, once your verified your withdrawals will normally be with you in 3 days.

Hello mate. Yes it is known that this particular casino has a slow withdrawal time frame. Please be aware if a doc won't be accepted the time frame starts again from the begining.
