It looks like a really good competitor for stuff like Skrill/Neteller, especially as the fees are fairly low. Untill you get in problems with them. I have tried to withdraw €200,- in cash from an ATM, and the ATM didnt dispense the money as the machine said it got refused by the operator. I even made pictures of the ATM. I contacted muchbetter now many many many times and they are unavailable ANYWHERE. Not through facebook, not through twitter, not through their support in-app, you just dont get a response at all. been taking weeks now and nothing. The support tickets are even gone after like 5 minutes from the app, they just seem to delete them.

So everyone, be aware, dont use these people. Apparantely the reviews on sites like trustpilot are horrible too. Cost me €200.- this lesson :(  

 
In situations like this you make a chargeback request for the ATM provider and the bank. I have a hard time believe that they delete the supports tickets, but then again I am not a user of MuchBetter

 
Is there some way i can upload video proof of them instantly deleting the tickets?

well, the bank in this case is muchbetter, which doesnt reply. The ATM provider cant do anything, says its up to the bank to pay me back.

From the get-go they were blocked off immedeately....

if its being used by leovegas, @PokerStars and videoslots i might expect it would be a proper thing, no?

 
MuchBetter is definitely legit and the issues I've had with them has been promptly resolved every single time. 

..also, just e-mail them to resolve this, they will credit your account accordingly.

i have emailed, not a single response any time....

by the way, how legit is it when you but a complaint on their facebook, they delete it, and you cant comment on any single post anymore? is that legit or shady?
