deposit refunded for no reason

Hi there! :)

(english isn't my first language - some typos and other mistakes ahead)

Well, long story short:

I deposited serveral times a day (05/04/19) with my cc at casinoeuro (not a shady one, at least what i heard of) and lost, of course.

Today i got a refund on my cc for my first deposit. actually it says paymanet declined.. but i wasn't  - i played with that money and simply lost it.

cc company said that everything is fine from their side. i am going to contact live support later that day but is here anyone who has similar experiences or heard of such a thing?

and how did you solve that? 

bank is bunq (netherlands, use it for apple pay), i am located in germany, casino somewhere overseas ;)

It would be probably a different story if you have won but since you lost its free gamble like Slotspinner said. :D

 
Like Slotspinner and Rexxor420 have allready said, don't say anything to the Casino, they are probably rich anyway. Keep the cash and have fun with it.
