Cryptoleo does not whitdraw my money

Hello guys, 

iam writing a topic here, cause i dont know what else i cant do.. Iam waiting since 14.4 for my cashout.. Tech and Email Support all say the same, not cryptoleo's fault. But the Status of the whitdraw doesn't change. 

I made a Screenshot. Can someone help me with that or tell me what iam able to do, if they still wont send me my money?

Hey @Krixx0r I read reviews that are mixed with good and bad reviews. Interestingly every bad review seems to have the same experience as you with withdrawals. I would make a complaint to the casino and see if their final response is to not do anything. Then complain to their curaçao licence. Something positive about the site is they seem to have customer support replying to reviews at trustpilot and there's quite a few positive comments so I doubt they're a scam site although you never know. I've played on this casino had 3 decent withdrawals of 2500euro at a time. All withdrawals completed with in 12 hours max.

Now, something has changed with this Casino, all of a sudden people were complaining about their withdrawals were taking forever. That nothing is paying and bonuses were not happening,  esp with pragmatics.

I believe you will get your withdrawal (I did) but the Casino is not highly rated as it once was, which is a shame as they were fantastic.

 
Now its ten days and they still tell me its not there fault, its the Paymentproviders fault... "i need to wait, they have technical Problems... 

When i ask for the Paymentproviders contact, to maybe solve the issue by myselve they ignore me... 

I made like five whitdraws, all in 24 hours on my bankaccout. But now, they refuse to pay. 

And my whole Account looks like frozen. Daily, weekly ratebacks and my Level doesnt change anymore. ( even with zero activity) And its still showing 1 awaiting payout, but if i click on it, the following Page is empty... It looks shady.. 

Definitly the last time i played on this site...

Cryptoleo is not an affiliated operator of ours, and I don't know anyone from their team - so my response below is limited in how helpful it'll be. 

Please write them an official complaint, as described on https://cryptoleo.com/dispute-resolution, as this will force an escalation of the case. If that doesn't lead to anything after 5 business days (no response or asking to delay - and make sure you tell them the following:) escalate it yourself via the complaint solution on https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/
