Covid-19 affecting withdrawal?

Hi, 

i have recently made a decent sized cashout at JonnyJackpot casino. It’s now been 6 working days without receiving anything. Earlier from my own experience the cashouts never took more then 3 days at max. I contacted live chat and apparently Because of Covid-19 my withdrawal is affected and now can take upto 10 days. Is this normal?

That being said I haven't had any delays in about £10,000 of cashouts combined in the past week max I've waited is 23 hours (Kassu > visa) and Quickest was Guts (92 seconds.

180k NOK (€18000) , it’s already been approved 6 days ago so no issues there and it’s been sent. But nothing received on my end. Which is weird Because IT never takes this long, tops 3 working days. I used bank withdrawal. Hopefully here soon, but don’t understand why IT would take longer time due to covid-19.

I actually wonder how certain platforms would handle a situation like this. What if they voided or delayed your payout till your cool off run out? Can't they basicly do anything they want with regards to responsible gambling.
