Casinojoy closed account with 600 inside. Help?

Hello,

I have an issue with one of your casinos - Casinojoy.

I signed up and depsoted (600 in the account). I tried verifying with sumsub and it failed me, despite me being verified with sumsub at a site called Casinonight. I also have an approved user account with sumsub.

I emailed all this to Casinojoy and they then banned my account and stole my 600 euro. I tried engaging with them but they ignore me and I even tried using a mediator.

The only thing I wouldn't do is to go to Trustpilot / other review platforms. Sure, it may bring traction to the casino platform if it's reputable, but usually CG / AG do the job. Didn't hear about the third one, ThePOGG..
