I can no longer log into my casinoeuro account and it has this message... does this mean uk players will have “all deposits” refunded or does this mean any money left in playing account will be refunded??

I would say all the deposits that were made today before the closure and haven't been played / any remaining balance on your account will be refunded.

 
They are paying all unsettled bets as if they were winning bets and paying out all unwagered/unused bonuses as cash.

Calzone, Betsafe, Casinoeuro so far..... who next? Leovegas also set me a deposit limit of £0 a month (bizarre) and refused to change it so I closed my account.

 
Calzone are apparently 'sorting out a platform issue' according to Nickslots on his stream about a week or so ago. Betsson brand which owns Casino Euro,LiveRoulette and Betsson are pulling out. Not sure if they said they were concentrating their efforts on Rizk casino which is still operating in UK,as is Guts too I think.

You will be able to cash out your cash balance and you will be able to cash out you bonus balance also.

Assuming you are in the UK that is, and assuming you have a cash balance and a bonus balance.

 
A good development. Businesses not willing to invest when regulatory entities crank up there rules says more then enough. Good riddance. 

Now only if the scumbags at the MGA would actually do something... Only hope for us is if that whole island would sink.
