Is this really happened when you have done 20000 spins 

If it is really random than I don’t think so that would be a chance mathematically because possibility should not be repetitive like this make you lose or make you win massive it should be balanced 

after reaching to pragmatic play they have not answered over statistic I represented but one of my friend work with the pragmatic play lab he said this 

“as per RNG it should be make you lose within 50000 spins but surprisingly you got out in under 20000 spins but secretly I can tell you that casino operators have now advanced to set up their own RTP and because of that it could happen “

now as he said so I can analyze this

Hi @Daks, happy to see that more and more players are "waking up"...on line casino market are sadly regulated only towards players. Providers and casinos can do almost everything they want. You have to know, that MGA is small corrupt regulator from an island where corruption is killing journalists, so we cant expect anything from them. We are left only to community of us players and our interconnections to stop them. If critical mass of us (which is sadly almost impossible to achieve) comes together, there can be much done...law suites, regulator audits, public awareness,....
