Can a casino request pictures of an old creditcard?

Im trying to withdraw money from a casino but they need me to send them pictures of an old card i haven't used in over a year before they can accept it. I have a new card today. I have done a Couple of withdraws from this casino before. But now i cant. Can they do this?

Seems ridiculous to me, but what you could do is show any statements related to that same account/card I suppose. You'd have cut the card and threw it away by now I'd imagine so best tell them that in the first place.

I found old pictures of the card. But they didnt approve them. They asked me to sign the back of the card...

ask your bank if they could copy the old credit card on paper. Most bank have it saved for 10 years.

I haven't heard of any casino asking for the back side of the credit card..? Front side will be enough.

Talk to support @Kimon789, ask them why they want a picture of your old card. Also, explain to them the situation if you have not already. Keep calm and don't gamble your winnings away.
