I saw a thread about casino labeling people bonus abusers and most said it was probably the Cadell group.

Also had the same problem, I will say they paid out £1800 so I wasn't overly fussed when they banned me but these guys need to make it clearer about their group structure. 

I am not a bonus abuser just fell in their trap that I search for casino that offer 200% match and I would of carrying on playing their regardless of bonuses; so its their loss not mine .

Here was their email response as last thread suggested posting something and the other post kept it undisclosed. This also has a list of the sister sites so you can avoid the same problems.

After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions.
 
As per clause 13.3 of the general terms and conditions https://www.diamond7casino.com/?page=terms the following actions have been taken.
 
1.    Your account has now been terminated effective immediately.
 
2.    Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you - £1815.
 
3.    You are banned from the group.

I must say this is a strange kind business the Cadell Group is running, they must know that most gamblers put there into the casino again and a lot more. Eventually they will run out of new costumers. And why offer a bonus if they don´t want there costumers to take some kind of advantage of the bonus? Well, I would stay away from all kind of casinos from the Cadell Group.

I always choose my casinos after these simple rules.

1. how are there cashout politics, do they have pending time and do they have a monthly limit on cashouts? Are there kind of funny business regarding this I stay away.

2. Can you read the rules and terms without been a lawyer, and is it more than two pages. Again, I do not want any monkey business and I want to be absolute clear what I can and what I can not on the casino. If it is not clear I stay away.

3. What is the RTP on the site, does Play´n Go and other slots has a lower RTP than I otherwise see around, if they do - once again I stay away.

4. Does other have experience with the casino, is good or bad.

 
why would the group need have so many set up in the first place, surely 100% focus on one casino. basically skins of each other and they are trying to catch people that have self excluded themselves at one or fed up with site and then get you with a new skin. but, then ban you when complete the wager. Not saying they are doing anything wrong cause they paid out but their must be some kind of 'house edge' for them.

 
Yeah just be wary with Cadell group casinos, there are many better options to play in.

I always play there with the bonus or free spins,i dont even think to play there without promotion as they do not have all games i like,if they want to ban me its fine i can pkay somewhere else

 
I cannot get any free spins or promotions of any kind on Casumo because they called me a 'bonus abuser' and all I did was the first couple of deposit bonuses and that was it. Without those promos its simply not worth my while using them as I've got dozens of other casino accounts and have never been accused of anything else of the sort. I'm not sure what it even means as surely streamers are bonus abusers more than any recreational player? Its just another stupid trick they seem to use randomly on certain members.
