Bet over the max bet while playing with bonus.

Hey guys!

I was playing on miamidice today, and with a mistake i was going to up my stake from 1,25€ to 2,5€, and i hit the "max bet" button on a netend slot, and it made a 10€ bet.

The bonus i was playing only allowes 5€ max bets but the bet went though. (Kinda wierd, its usally blocked) 

However, can the casino really void my whole bonus from just this simple missclick? I tryed talking to support but they only said "It will be viewed individualy when trying to withdraw"

Anyone have any experiences here or? Thanks for answers!

If you contact live chat support immediately after you have made an error then you stand a better chance of being let off. If you leave them to find the mistake after withdrawal then this group will not hold back on confiscating funds.

I once did a $25.00 spin at Playgrand, and apologised on chat and they logged it and had no issues when meeting wagering.

 
That's good advice @Nicola  I once had a 2K withdrawal confiscated on Casino Cruise because out of 5 hours of gameplay I went over for 2 spins on BOD. *B***TS  (I'm clearly still not over it) ?

 
As others have said - if you don't clear this with the casino before meeting wagering you can be almost sure they will void the win should you meet wagering. Whitehat doesn't blink twice about punishing bonus violations at withdrawal time, but if you get it ok'd around the time it happens you should be good.

 
Yeah, they refused to give me an ansewer tho. I felt like the support agent said that's; It's okey as long as you don't do it again. But that he wasn't allowed to say so. But i guess i'll just have to wait and see.
