I have recently signed up with a new casino, because i wanted to play Jammin Jars. I signed up with nordicbet, i have read a great deal about them and tought this is very nice. I signed up, and verified my account. The process was very quick, and i started to play. After a few drinks, i really did my balls inn, and was very soon 2.7k (pounds) inn. I made a lucky hit, and was able to withdraw 4.1k. But, here the issues starts.
I contact the live support and ask if they can make my account unplayable, but i can still log in and out to manage my withdrawls and see how its going etc.. That was not a problem, and the lady in live support did it right away(I found it a bit strange that this was not an option in the resposable gambling page). But however, i also ask if i have done my withdrawls in a ok order. Since i only could do 1.9k at the time, back to my visa card. Everything was ok, withdrawls was beiing processed and my account was unplayable.
I waited over 24hours(24 hours is the policy for nordicbet to accept withdrawls), and i log in to ask whats going on. I ask the live support if he can check, and since my withdrawls had been locked for over 24 hours, if he could reopen my account only if the there was no chance for me to be able to reverse the withdrawl. He replies that the deposit have been processesd and that he have opened my account to play again. Very good, i play for what i had left in my balance and start lose very rapidly. No bonuses, no basegame win..., i check to see if all my money have been withdrawled and i see that there is still 1.9k left, and the big green button with ''Cancel withdrawl'' is still there. The rest is history, but i still feel it is not the correct behavior by the casino to open my account when i spesific ask to do it only if i am not able to cancel the withdrawl. Anyway i have attached part of the conversation in norwegian with the support. Most people here is swedish, so it should be fine
Is this bad behaviour from the Casino, or am i just overreacting to it?
