Hey all,
While I was reading trough the info on one of the BTG slots I saw this. (Check image, marked in red)
Basically it says; unfinished games become void after 90 days and get paid to charity.. I thought that was pretty weird, it's quite possible that one time I was playing a Big time gaming slot on my phone, and then my battery died. There is a chance I never went back into the slot on that particular casino, and that I have an unopened game currently..
I actually recall it happening one time where I entered a slot and it said "recovering unfinished game" and I actually had a bonusround. I didnt remember at all that I had saved one on that slot, and if I never went back in the slot the money would just been donated by now.
I then went on to check another provider's info to see what they said (Push Gaming). They say unfinished games will be payed out after 2 days, unless somehow they can't manage to finish the game, then they'll return your stake instead.
It sort of feels to me, that the way Big Time Gaming does it, that it's almost theft. Basically I paid for the bet and the winnings should be mine to decide with what to do..
I also couldn't find anywhere to which charity it would be donated (Even though I admit I havent tried extremely hard to search for it) ..
I personally think the way Push Gaming does this seems much more fair.
What do you guys think?
