any good programs?

Anyone who can give some ideas to some good and easy programs to record you screen?

 - would be lovely for it to already be converted to a format that can posted right away

 - macro activation in live action or some kind of shortcut

If you wish to just record your screen, Bandicam is the easiest and cheapest: https://www.bandicam.com

The recorded videos are saved in 'My Documents' and can be instantly uploaded to YouTube. In the program settings you can choose quality and conversion etc.
