21 casino And Buffalo Rising megaways

So I haven’t gambled for 18 months and I thought I’d see how I’d get on, went very well, but I got onto Buffalo megaways payed £100 for a bonus, it came up internal error so I refreshed and paid £100 again, I then got another internal error and I realised the slot had taken £200 without showing be TWO bonuses and no money back. I spoke to 21 casino which were no hope at all, I hope the pictures explain it better Does this really mean I brought two £100 bonuses without seeing them and I won £0!!!!! There is a reason why I stopped gambling............

I have had the 'internal error' thing for bonus buys as well a while ago, although not sure if it was on the exact same game.

The issue was resolved by waiting for a good while, starting the slot again later to find out it played out some unfinished games. (one at a time)

I hope for you that this plays out the same.

Crisis averted my friends, the money is back into the account just as I replied! 

Doesn't take away the fact that the live chat wasn't particularly helpful but I guess they just follow a script.

Glad your problem sorted itself out.

They just go by the information they have access too, it's unlikely the are familiar with all the games so this particular Live help agent maybe wasn't aware that you were buying a bonus round rather then just playing £100 per spin.

All they would see is a £100 bet with a zero return and assume you had done two £100 deadspins on a game.

I've had similar situations, with various casinos, where I've had to explain myself repeatedly until they understand.

I've learnt that they are much more receptive and open to learning when you keep the tone light - difficult to manage when you feel wronged.

 
Normally support staff have a second line of support to handle 'more difficult' cases, like yours. Doesn't harm and try to get them to escalate it so somebody with a bit of understanding of casino/slots gets to review it and sees instantly that something is odd here.

 
I had somewhat similar case in Leovegas with Cashzuma. Won bonus rounds but game crashed and didn't even load anymore. Contacted support and they said they have to contact game provider. Took a long time, contacted LV many times and thought theire bs'ing me, but it got solved like a month later (sum was credited to my account). Sadly game still won't load for me.

Seeing your case I'm happy that my problem was on LV.

21' casino's support seems just so ignorant, unwilling and has no basic knowledge to work for online casino!

Seems like online casino industry is going the same way as many others - Biggest ones rn have more players, can invest more money and by doing that, earn more. And when more regulations come into play theire the few legit survivors and will have monopoly over market so in future we play on their terms not them accomodating players
