- Maximum win of 20 480x
Reel Desire is the newest slot release from Yggdrasil Gaming, a developer that always seems to keep us on our toes in terms of what they will do next. This time they have gone back to the good old disco era that is filled with spotlights, neon lights and of course disco music getting everyone out on the dance floors. Even though disco is a time that has come and gone, there are definitely still signs of it here and there, both in music, fashion and design.
Some of the highlights from this game include a Free Spins feature where you will be able to choose between 2 different feature modes as well as a Reel Desire feature and Double Wilds feature. The wilds and multipliers are central to Reel Desire as they appear in both the main game and the Free Spins feature. Quite a number of special features going on.
Where to play
How to win big in Reel Desire – Free Spins feature
As already mentioned, in the Free Spins feature you will be able to select between 2 different feature modes. You will be able to get in the biggest wins through the multipliers mode. First you will have to trigger the Free Spins feature by landing 3 or more scatters anywhere on the reels during a spin. With 4 or 5 scatters you will be getting a win of x50 or x500 your total stake as well as the free spins.
You will then be presented with the 2 different modes to choose from. These both will get you 10 free spins as well as the modifier and both modes can be re-triggered. Should you land 3 scatters, you will have 10 more free spins added to your total too.
The 2 feature modes:
Multipliers – Start off with a standard x1 payout. Every winning combination will increase the multiplier by 1, getting even better if you should land 3 scatters resulting in a re-trigger. This multiplier mode will also apply to scatter wins while in the Free Spins feature.
Sticky Wilds – This mode will have every wild symbols landing on the reels locked in position for all your remaining free spins.
- Reel Desire
- Double Wilds
The Reel Desire feature triggers at random during any spin in the main game. It will turn between 1 and 5 of the reels wild, giving you a payout with the stacked wilds in place.
Trigger the Double Wilds feature by landing the special x2 multiplier wild on reels 2, 3 or 4 during the main game. This will get you a x2 multiplier boost when part of a winning combination. This will also trigger a re-spin with the x2 wild locked in place. Should a new double wild symbol land during the re-spin, the whole process will be repeated. In this case, the value of the multipliers will be applied to any wins. You can even land a final re-spin where a double wild appears on the three middle reels.
Look and Feel of Reel Desire
As expected from a disco themed slot, you will be seeing plenty of neon lights and spotlights. The reel set has been placed inside a nightclub, which really couldn't be any more fitting. In fact the reel set itself is the DJ booth of the club, complete with giant speakers on each side and the slots title as a neon sign at in the centre. All around the reels, as décor on the nightclub, you will be seeing hears, love signs and kisses in neon lighting. Of course all of this is complete with some fitting music playing while you spin the reels.
On the reels you will be seeing the classic card suits, this time they have been designed to resemble vinyl records in different colours. As the high value symbols you will be seeing sunglasses, lightning earrings, trainers and a digital watch. The highest paying symbols are however the disco ready man and woman.
