Probably winnings getting void after bonus hunt WITHOUT (deposit) bonus

Hi guys,

Did some bonushunts for myself on a casino, which I will not state until I get a definitive answer.

Made some profits, 380 EUR to be precisly, but go the message that my account is now under investigation due to my recent plays.

I have not used a deposit bonus while doing a bonushunt, so only real cash, and I am not able to find anything  about this in their terms.

Has someone ever got problems with this kind of situations? I am kinda worried now :(

May just mean they are verifying your account. Lots of places ask me to send ID/Utility Bill/Copy of payment card before letting me cash out, so may just be something along those lines.

Give them 48hours and then chase them I would suggest if they haven't gotten in touch

Thanks for the reply.

However, I am already fully verified and made a withdrawal before, so that makes me even more concerned.

I did, the only response I get from Livechat is: I do not have info, please wait for the fraud department to contact you via email.....

The only thing you can find about potential 'fraud' is this term in the BONUS terms: 8. While playing with the Match bonus, it is forbidden to play several games simultaneously. Such term is unfindable in the normal terms and conditions.

uff Casino is located in curacau and Company is direx  n.v 

Thing is casinos in curacau are realy strict when it comes to thier terms and you have nearly no options if they dont wanna Pay you.

@Bas210 let's go through quick checklist:

- did you deposit funds with payment method registered in your name?

- is it possible you had any previous bonus active and you were not aware while doing the hunt?

- are you residing in any of these countries (as from terms): Users from the following countries are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Spain, UK, USA, Netherlands, France, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel. The casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that user breaches Banned Countries policy.

These are only things that come to mind.

Yes and no on the first 2. (balance was 0)

The third - I am residing in the Netherlands - I have been verified, which includes proof of living adress, secondly they offer Dutch payment methods that can ONLY be used by dutch citizens and they have withdrawl me before. The only response I got was that it was not about my account but about my play. And if the country is a problem then they can refund all my deposits, which if way more ;)

Hmm, the term clearly states Users from the following countries are not allowed to deposit and play real money games, followed by The casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that user breaches Banned Countries policy.

In addition to that, it has come to my attention that casinos from Direx N.V. are withdrawing from Dutch market / not allowing players from Netherlands to play on them (one of them being King Billy casino).

But it would be bullshit if you ask me that they will not accept your country, but accept all your deposits for six months lol, including a withdrawal and verifying or your adress before. and then we have the specific Dutch payments method that only can be used if you are a Dutch citizen. And you are able to select your country at regristration:

But perfect if they void my winnings - I would love to see all my deposits back then :)

The withdrawals got approved so I will have them tommorow as everything works out :) (so I was one of the stressed GC-'er for once for nothing;) )

 However, I have not got any explenation and they cleary said it was due to my gameplay (while not playing with a bonus/live games, only slot which give the casino the RTP) - so I am def waiting for the explenation I have been promised and will let it know here.

@Bas210  its a shame you have to go through all this crap with the casino. All i can think of is some games/slots you played during your bonus hunt dont count towards a bonushunt. As some slots dont. That is one area to check before starting a bonushunt on any casino. Pleased you got you withdrawl approved and well done on your win although it turned out to be a pretty stressful one.???.

Its good you came to casinogrounds and put your problem up for all to see. It lets you get opinions and maybe answers to whats happening. Thanks bas?.
