Sirjackpot complain, what do you guys think?

hello guys, in this topic i would like to ask you guys for your opinions about this one,

 

last week i asked a withdrawal at a new casino i played on, called sirjackpot. i have read the terms and cons and i made use of their bonus offer. when i finished the wagering and asked the withdrawal everything was fine, till today.

i got an email saying i broke the terms of the maxbet, wich was 5 euro. i am a lowroller so i went to the livechat and asked wich slot andtold them i never bet high. when they gave me the name of the slot i knew it, white rabbit. since i bought the bonus worth of 10 / 20 and 50 cents they said i broke the terms.

when i told them i didn't mean to break on purpose in any way they just simply said; sorry tim. i find this kinda unfair since i never meant to break the terms in any way, now they took all my winings i got on their site and just gave me my deposit back. what do you guys think, is  is it fair or is it not?

Strictly speaking they are right to do what they did as you did break the terms- and conditions attached to the bonus.

You can always try to rely on their goodwill and write a polite and nice email and see if they want to budge.

so i just send a email to the casino and i got a quick response, i do have the feeling they didn't even pay attention to everything i wrote since one part of them was this i got back:

 

''While checking your account we noticed that multiple bets of 20 euro per spin were found when playing the game White Rabbit.
We have to follow our terms and conditions and we understand this is unfortunate for you. Keep in mind when accepting a bonus you automatically
acccept the terms that are bonded to that bonus. Going forward the following terms in our general terms apply when playing with a bonus :''

 

i told them in my email it weren't spins with the value of 20 euro but bonuses, i told them how the btg slot worked and that i had bought them for x100 my betsize.

for me it feels like they haven't read my mail closely since i got a email within 5 minuts with just ''can you send us your username and date of birth''

if they would read my email they would already know all this info, so for me this is kind of strange.

anyway i will stop it here, i came with nothing so might as well go with nothing, let this be a lesson to everyone to never go above the 5 euro, not even with buying features.

@TimSchaeffer if thats your 804 euro hit tim, on that i think it was 0.30 buy on white rabbit post. Thats a shame mate. Really is. Was a lovely hit low rolling as you say if it was that 804 tim. Im kinda guessing ?. And i can see how it wouldnt come accross your mind that your going above bonus bet limits just low rolling. I hope they pay you but in all likely they will stick to the T+C's . shame tim but you will never make the same mistake again.  ???.

luckily its not my hits of 400 euro+, the thing is i play these welcome bonuses a lot at different casino's. never ever have i had a complain about the maxbet at white rabbit, mostly it was allowed i guess. but hey, its better i lost this one then one of 400euro+. sure learned a lesson there

Im waiting for it coming tim.- i will log in and i will see under hopefully EPIC wins tim that you have hit terminator 2 hot mode for the 3 rd time. I love watching the video's to the bonus. @TimSchaeffer thanks tim for your kind words. I do enjoy commenting and seeing who's won what, big or epic. Its nice to see people winning. I think casinogrounds is a great community tim and as i say i do as much watching, looking, commenting when i can. I try to be articulate at times but most of all people deserve a comment if they have went to the trouble of posting there wins up. Although i do admitt it is hard to get round everybody. Runs away with alot of time.

I myself tim have a long term illness. Chronic anxiety, but i do have a weekly routine. I live alone. Im kind. Im an introvert. Not a recluse because i do get out. I have people that help me through the week. I dont drink or smoke. Just a quiet lad. 40 years old. I have found a place in casinogrounds whare i can really do something. Give other people a thanks for posting up there wins or give input whare i can. Ive gambled for 20 years tim and have a general enjoyment of it. Interest and the whole concept of whats going on. Ive had a serious gambling addiction that i got a hold of eventually. Some really bad ones still stick in my mind. But i do what i can do tim and really enjoy casinogrounds when i get the time to look at whats been posted up.???. Little bit about myself mate?.

First off, really sad to hear @TimSchaeffer that they used the max bet rule. But White Rabbit is really a grey area for a lot of online casinos. Fx. On Rizk it's not allowed, but on other sites it is. Always check up on it before you play bonus buy on White Rabbit. Dont give them a chance to use max bet rule against you. This goes for everyone readubg this post, not just OP. thx for sharing your experience though, could help others to not make the same mistake.

Thankyou supersmask. Thats much appreciated. I will continue to comment and do what i can when i can on the site. I believe if people take the time and effort to put up posts they deserve a nice comment back. Although i do admitt it is tough to get round everybody. 

I find it amazing what can be won in todays time of players playing at casino's. Some of the insanely huge wins posted up are so interesting. But also the low rollers that dont have big stakes and win big is great to see. 

I enjoy seeing people win. But unfortunately lots of people lose. And there are sad storys which i read when i can, the nature of gambling as wee all no.. But yeah i have finally found something whare i can have an input that is positive for the community. Casinogrounds is a wonderful site and i thourally enjoy it.

I find it strange that anybody uses White Rabbit during a bonus,at any value of spin and doesn't realise that it opens the door to the casino being able to confiscate winnings. I am gutted for you to lose the money but from an outsider's view it's not really a surprise.
